EMPOWERMENT
RMI as far back as 1987 adopted an empowerment policy. With all small/micro firms with a mainly private sector workload it is difficult to keep people employed with fluctuating workloads. Our decision taken in 1987 was to place our empowerment emphasis on education in the form of non-repayable bursaries.
We set out below details of students we have funded over the years. It is pleasing to note that many of our graduates have gone on to bigger things.
